Sterling plumbers were more than helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. From the initial advise given to the work taking place, Sterling were knowledgeable and trustworthy and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Any questions or niggly fixes we’ve had since then have been answered and sorted quickly and efficiently.

Very professional service. Neil was great in answering all my questions and provided three quotes for the three different scenarios I’d requested. His company had completed small jobs for me previously and my parents also. Such is my trust in the company, their workmanship and the staff I left them to complete the work in my absence. The lovely Naz called and said they were finished. Explaining the simple things I needed to know and to contact him or Neil if I had any questions. The house was spotless. They have also previously dealt with an emergency leak, new taps, service on old boiler. A+

The numbers speak for themselves. Good and competent people to work with. Results were good and very pleased with their advice on low water pressure to the house and kitchen tap. They’ll get our next job in due course, probably a boiler service!

The work was carried out to a really high standard. The plumber, Naz, was very communicative, explained the problems and what he was doing to fix them, which he did brilliantly. The most impressive thing for me was the service, they arrived on time to look at the problem and quote, which arrived by email the next morning and then arrived on time to do the work. That may sound a bit daft in this modern service age, but that is the real difference, it’s so important to be able to rely on people to do what they say. Excellent customer service.
